At ANTA US, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is placed inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
